This class is designed to give introductory training to operators so that they can accurately size, grade, and distribute produce as needed through the cherry sizing program. The training gives operators the tools that they need to properly grade produce and distribute them to outlets for packing. At the conclusion of this class our training staff will perform an assessment so that operators can understand the parts of the sizer program that they can improve upon. This is an un-graded class that will show proficiencies in the different disciplines of the Sizer Program, and results from these assessments and potential operator capabilities will be reported to the company who registered the student.
